Folks, listen up—Thunder Rosa is back in the game and she’s not just whistling Dixie! After a year and a half of wrestling with an injury, she’s danced all the way back to the top spot as the #1 contender for the AEW Women’s World Championship. Just last week on “AEW Dynamite,” she cleaned Mariah May’s clock, setting her sights on the big prize.

Now, the champ, “Timeless” Toni Storm, seems to be feeling the heat. She couldn’t resist a sneak attack—lobbing a glass of champagne right in Rosa’s kisser and smearing her signature face paint. It’s like my grandpop used to say, “Nothing scares a bully like someone who smiles back.”

But let me tell you—Thunder Rosa isn’t one to lie down and take it easy. In a zinger of a video posted after the dust settled on “Dynamite,” Rosa faced herself in the mirror, her face paint all askew. She laid it out plain and simple: Storm’s antics were just free real estate in her mind. Rosa, cool as a cucumber, declared that such shenanigans couldn’t shake her. She’s been in the ring long enough to know when someone’s playing hot potato with their fears.

Rosa then cranked up the volume, reminding everyone of her days as the unbeaten AEW Women’s World Champion. Looking right into the camera, she threw down the gauntlet for AEW Dynasty. As she scrubbed off the last of her war paint, she tossed out a challenge that would make anyone’s ears perk up, “If you think I’m a handful with paint, just wait till you see me without it.”
