In a twist that could make a soap opera jealous, AEW’s “Zero Hour” turned into an action-packed showcase of drama, chops, and chair shots! Despite the recent and rather dramatic breakup of the Best Friends on “AEW Dynamite,” Trent Beretta and Orange Cassidy both walked away with big wins. But don’t let those victories fool you—there’s trouble brewing that could fill a wrestling ring!

First up, Trent Beretta squared off against Matt Sydal in a match that had more swings than a playground. Beretta, embracing his newfound role as the heel with a flair for the dramatic, dominated much of the match. Sydal managed to rally with a meteora, but Beretta was quick to respond with a pike pile driver followed by a flying knee strike. Despite his efforts, Sydal had to tap out to a grueling submission hold. But here’s the kicker: Beretta wouldn’t let go even after the bell! It took Chuck Taylor storming the ring to break it up, setting the stage for a mic-drop moment where Taylor demanded Beretta to pick a side by the next “Dynamite.”

As if that wasn’t enough to keep the fans on the edge of their seats, Orange Cassidy’s music hit the air just as Beretta strutted up the ramp. Cassidy, paired with the legendary Katsuyori Shibata, faced off against Lee Moriarty and Shane Taylor in a tag team bout that could only be described as chaotic. Cassidy, ever the crowd-pleaser, dazzled with his usual laid-back style until things got heated. Amidst a flurry of chops, dives, and a dramatic rescue from Shibata, Cassidy nailed Moriarty with the Orange Punch to secure another win for the evening.

The night’s shenanigans are setting up a powder keg for the next episode of “Dynamite,” where Beretta is expected to confront his former allies. Will he mend fences or burn bridges? Either way, AEW fans are in for an explosive confrontation.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
