In what might just be the wrestling equivalent of breaking up via text, “All Ego” Ethan Page is reportedly no longer All Elite. That’s right, folks—Ethan Page’s tenure at AEW is almost as over as my last diet. According to the wrestling grapevine at Fightful Select, Page might as well have left the building, with his departure being labeled a mere formality.

Let’s roll back the tape: Page has been flirting with the indie scene since March, throwing down in rings from Iowa’s 3XWrestling to Michigan’s CLASH. Despite kicking off his AEW career in March 2021 with a three-year contract in his back pocket, Page never really strapped the AEW championship belt around his waist. Instead, he bounced from one faction to another like a pinball—first with the Men of the Year, then The Firm, and later teaming up with Isiah Kassidy and Matt Hardy.

His most headline-worthy moment came when he threw down the gauntlet to MJF for the AEW World Championship on an episode of “AEW Collision” in June 2023. But alas, by December, he was wrestling his farewell match on an AEW-branded show against Kenny Omega. His final bow under the Tony Khan banner was clinching a win over Anthony Henry on “ROH on HonorClub.”

Now, with the indie world at his feet and whispers of WWE’s interest (paging his buddy, the reigning WWE champ Cody Rhodes!), Ethan Page’s wrestling journey is anything but over. Where he slams next is anyone’s guess, but one thing’s for sure—Ethan Page is still “All Ego,” and maybe soon, all WWE? Stay tuned, as this storyline is far from pinned!

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
