Ladies and gentlemen, get ready for a royal rumble like no other! Former NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria has punched her ticket to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for a shot at the Queen of the Ring crown. On Monday night’s “WWE Raw,” Valkyria overcame the formidable IYO SKY in a thrilling semifinal match. This victory sets her up for a showdown at WWE’s King & Queen of the Ring premium live event this Saturday, where she’ll face either Nia Jax or Bianca Belair from “WWE SmackDown.”

Valkyria’s journey to the finals has been nothing short of spectacular. After dispatching Zoey Stark in the quarterfinals last week, she brought her A-game against SKY. The match started with Valkyria leveraging her gymnastics prowess to keep SKY on her toes. Early on, she locked SKY in a submission hold, setting the tone for a bout full of back-and-forth counters and near-falls.

SKY, ever the resilient competitor, fought back with a barrage of offense, including a moonsault from the ring apron and a meteoria in the corner. However, Valkyria managed to avoid SKY’s moonsault attempt in the center of the ring. Despite SKY countering one of Valkyria’s moves into a powerbomb, she couldn’t secure the pinfall. Another missed moonsault by SKY gave Valkyria the opening she needed.

Dodging SKY’s aerial assault, Valkyria set up for her finishing move, the Night Wing. Although SKY attempted to counter, Valkyria stacked her up for the pin in the middle of the ring, securing her spot in the finals.

Now, Valkyria awaits her opponent, who will be determined in the SmackDown semifinal between Nia Jax and Bianca Belair. The Queen of the Ring finals promise to be an electrifying battle, showcasing the best of WWE’s women’s division.
