Wrestling fans, brace yourselves as Giulia, the rumored WWE signing and Marigold star, is out of action with a wrist injury. However, this isn’t just a tale of setbacks and surgery; it’s a story of determination and anticipation. Speaking to Tokyo Sports, Giulia revealed she needs surgery to ensure she’s in prime condition for a planned bout this summer.

Recalling the injury, she said, “That day, my arm bent in the opposite direction, and as a result, I broke a bone. I was told that surgery would be the fastest recovery, and I decided because I wanted to [wrestle against] Sareee in perfect condition.”

Giulia is eyeing a comeback at the Marigold Summer Destiny show on July 13, where she’s slated to face Sareee. Whether she’ll recover in time is still up in the air, but her optimism suggests the injury might not be as severe as initially feared.

Interestingly, this wrist injury hasn’t thrown a wrench in her WWE aspirations. The former World of Stardom Champion has been on WWE’s radar since her appearance at “NXT” Stand & Deliver during WrestleMania 40 weekend. WWE is reportedly patient, content to wait for her to fulfill her commitments and recover fully before making her grand entrance.

Giulia is scheduled for emergency surgery on May 28 and is looking forward to some well-deserved downtime. She quipped to Tokyo Sports, “I’ll be away from home for three nights and four days, so it’s like going on a trip to the countryside. I won’t be able to move around, so I’ll spend my time watching movies for the first time in a while and watching various wrestling videos.”

Stay tuned, because if there’s one thing we know about Giulia, it’s that she’ll be back, stronger and ready to take the wrestling world by storm.
