Ladies and gentlemen, brace yourselves! The “Salt of the Earth” is back and he’s got plenty to say. MJF, the former AEW World Champion, is set to make his triumphant return to “AEW Dynamite” tonight after a 10-day comeback tour following his stint on the injured list. It’s his first appearance on “Dynamite” since December, and you better believe it’s going to be electric.
Rumor has it that Rush, the fiery luchador who called out MJF at the end of last week’s “Dynamite,” might just be stepping up to the plate. But let’s get one thing straight—MJF couldn’t care less who’s challenging him. He’s back, and he’s here to reclaim his spot at the top of AEW.
In an exclusive chat with “Sports Illustrated,” MJF didn’t hold back. “Daddy’s back,” he declared. “Daddy’s going to make a change, and Daddy’s going to help the health of the company.” Folks, you heard it from the man himself—AEW’s top dog is back in the yard.
MJF was on fire during his Double or Nothing appearance, but he hinted that he was holding back. For those of you who felt he had more to say, tonight’s the night. “If you really want to see me on Dynamite, the good news is I’m going to talk tonight…and I have a lot to get off my chest,” MJF promised. “There was a lot of s**t I watched on my TV while I was out for all those months that really pissed me off, and I’ll be talking about it on ‘Dynamite.’ I didn’t even scratch the surface at that pay-per-view.”
And if you’re wondering what might be on his mind, MJF gave us a sneak peek. “Frankly, everybody should be getting in line to kiss my ass,” he said. “I’m back, so people have a reason to tune in. They’ve done a hell of a job carrying the load while I was gone, but everything’s going to be fine now. I’m back and I’m here to save the day.”
So, wrestling fans, get ready for a night of fireworks as MJF returns to “Dynamite” with a vengeance. Tune in to find out what’s been eating at the “Salt of the Earth” and watch as he sets the AEW stage ablaze once again.
