In the latest twist of the WWE’s ongoing legal drama, Janel Grant’s lawyers have ramped up their efforts against Vince McMahon and his alleged co-conspirators. This week, Grant’s legal team filed a pre-action discovery petition against Dr. Carlon Colker and his clinic, Peak Wellness. If you thought WWE storylines were wild, just wait until you hear this!

Grant initially filed a lawsuit in January, accusing Vince McMahon of sexual misconduct and trafficking, with former WWE executive John Laurinaitis and the company itself also implicated. The lawsuit is currently on hold pending an investigation by the US Department of Justice. But Grant’s attorneys aren’t just sitting around waiting – they’re diving deeper into the murky waters of medical records.

The petition claims that the records provided by Peak Wellness are about as reliable as a wrestling match script, citing incomplete and inaccurate documentation. Billing records don’t match up with medical records, and there are inconsistencies galore, including double charges. Apparently, Grant was sent to Dr. Colker on McMahon’s orders starting in November 2019, where she received mysterious treatments involving IV infusions and unmarked pills. When she dared to ask what these pills were, she got a whole lot of nothing – just a heaping serving of “trust me, I’m a doctor.”

According to Grant’s attorneys, Colker prescribed her “adrenal trays” without explaining what they contained or their purpose, supposedly to treat fatigue. When she experienced nausea and questioned the substances, Colker responded with a trust ultimatum that sounds more like a bad movie line: “If you don’t trust me, we have bigger problems.”

This legal smackdown reveals that Colker has treated numerous WWE talents and employees, raising questions about the intersection of medicine and wrestling. Even more damning is the allegation that a Peak Wellness employee was involved in Grant’s alleged sexual abuse by McMahon. The lawsuit also mentions a “Physical Therapist” from an “Alternative Clinic” allegedly recruited by McMahon for threesomes, further muddying the waters.

One bombshell in the petition is the claim that Dr. Colker knew about a non-disclosure agreement between Grant and McMahon, and even recommended an attorney to help Grant negotiate this NDA in early 2022. It’s like a never-ending soap opera with legal twists!

Dr. Colker, known for working with celebs like Justin Bieber and Shaquille O’Neal, has faced criticism for his medical practices before, especially his support of ephedra-based products in the 2000s. Peak Wellness boasts about offering everything from traditional medical care to anti-aging treatments – maybe they should add “legal firestorms” to their list of specialties.
