Folks, we’ve got an update on Jay White, and it’s not the news his fans were hoping for. The Bang Bang Gang had to vacate the AEW Unified World Trios Championship after White sustained an injury that forced him out of action. Juice Robinson and The Gunns tried to reclaim the titles against The Patriarchy, only to fall short, continuing their string of bad luck. And just to clear up any confusion, this injury isn’t part of a storyline – it’s the real deal, according to Fightful Select.

Details about White’s injury are still under wraps, leaving fans in suspense about the nature and severity of his condition and how long he’ll be on the sidelines. White has been MIA since his loss to Adam Page in the men’s Owen Hart Tournament semi-final on the June 24 edition of “AEW Collision.”

This is the latest in a series of unfortunate events for White in AEW. Earlier this year, visa issues kept him from entering Canada, relegating him to pre-taped promos. He did make it back in time for the Owen Hart Tournament, but now he’s out again, and fans are left wondering when he’ll return.

Since officially joining AEW in 2023 after a stint with NJPW, White has been a fixture with Bullet Club Gold, aka the Bang Bang Gang, taking on teams like The Acclaimed and FTR.

But Jay White isn’t alone in his misfortune. Skye Blue also suffered an injury on the latest episode of “Collision,” and, like White, the extent of her injury is still unknown. It seems the injury bug is making the rounds in AEW, and fans are hoping for a speedy recovery for all involved.
