Bron Breakker is back for more, set to challenge for the Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam after steamrolling fellow “WWE NXT” standout Ilja Dragunov on “WWE Raw.” Breakker’s epic clash with Sami Zayn is scheduled for August 3 in the heart of Cleveland, Ohio. Last time, Zayn emerged victorious at WWE’s Money in the Bank, but Breakker is back with a vengeance, ready to rumble.
The showdown kicked off with Dragunov kneeing Breakker, a move like trying to topple a redwood with a butter knife. Dragunov hoisted Breakker onto his shoulders but realized Breakker’s sheer mass was more like a human boulder. The titans exchanged chops, with Breakker demonstrating his unique talent for turning Dragunov’s wrist into a chew toy against the ring post.
Dragunov, unfazed, responded with an enzuigiri that could kick-start a stalled car, followed by a suplex and H-Bomb. He then managed to hoist Breakker up for a Death Valley Driver, only for Breakker to intercept his flying attempt with a spear, turning Dragunov’s aerial ambition into a mid-air disaster.
The climax came when Dragunov tried once more to lift Breakker, this time hitting the ring apron with a resounding thud. The referee, in a rare display of both concern and confusion, checked on Dragunov before calling off the match, declaring Breakker the victor and new #1 contender.
So, mark your calendars, folks! On August 3, at FirstEnergy Stadium, it’s Breakker vs. Zayn 2.0. Expect fireworks, drama, and more chops than a culinary school final!
