Friday night on WWE SmackDown was supposed to be all about celebrating Queen Nia Jax and her reign as the new WWE Women’s Champion. But like a surprise heel turn, things didn’t go exactly as planned. The night quickly shifted from a royal celebration to a chaotic showdown, courtesy of Michin, who brought more than just a kendo stick—she brought the drama.
The festivities kicked off with Jax making a grand entrance, waving to the Orlando crowd from atop her throne as she was carried to the ring by a group of muscular men. Tiffany Stratton, ever the hostess with the mostess, had decked out the ring in her signature pink, setting the stage for what was supposed to be Jax’s big moment. But tensions were brewing. Jax, never one for subtlety, suggested that her “era of dominance” should have begun with a bow from Stratton. Stratton, clearly not in the mood to kneel, instead called on Pretty Deadly to perform a live musical tribute—though calling it “musical” might be a stretch.
Just when Jax thought the worst was over after enduring Pretty Deadly’s less-than-stellar performance, Michin made her move. She snuck into the ring like a ninja with a vendetta, armed with a kendo stick and ready to cause havoc. Michin went to town on Stratton’s decorations, smashing anything and everything in sight before setting her sights on Jax. The champ managed to escape before Michin could land a shot, leaving Pretty Deadly to deal with the aftermath—and let’s just say, Michin didn’t go easy on them.
It looks like Michin is gearing up to be Jax’s first big challenge in her new reign. With a history of bad blood between the two, dating back to Jax’s victory over Bayley at SummerSlam, this feud is bound to heat up fast. Keep your eyes on SmackDown—things are about to get wild!
