Folks, let me tell you something huge, something tremendous—AEW and NJPW are teaming up, again, and it’s coming to London in the summer of 2025. Yes, London, the land of Big Ben, double-decker buses, and that fancy Queen’s house. They’re finally going to host a real event. And it’s going to be absolutely magnificent.
You see, the buzz started ahead of AEW All In, with local advertisements (probably the best ads anyone’s ever seen) letting slip that London is the next destination for the Forbidden Door pay-per-view. This was later confirmed during the All In pre-show, which was almost as great as the main event itself. Mark your calendars, folks—August 24, 2025, is the date, and it’s going to be yuuuuge.
Now, they haven’t officially said where this colossal event will be held, but let me tell you, there are a few tremendous possibilities. We’ve got the O2 Arena (I’ve heard it’s fantastic), Wembley Arena (which I’m told is just okay), and then there’s Craven Cottage, home to the Fulham Football Club. And guess what? That last one is owned by Shahid Khan, whose son, Tony Khan, just so happens to run AEW. What a deal, folks, what a deal! Tony was even spotted at Craven Cottage before All In, probably making the best deals with his dad and maybe signing a few autographs.
This will be the fourth installment of Forbidden Door, a truly historic series. This year, it took place in Elmont, New York—great place, New York, tremendous place—and featured top talent from AEW and NJPW. They even brought in folks from CMLL and STARDOM, which was a big, big success. Will they bring even more? Who knows! But I can tell you one thing: it’s going to be huge.
And for those of you who love London, don’t worry—after Forbidden Door 2025, AEW All In will take a little detour to Arlington, Texas (a place that’s almost as big as my rallies), but in 2026, it’s back to London. So get ready, Londoners, because you’re going to get more wrestling action than you’ve ever seen before. It’s going to be absolutely tremendous. Believe me.
