Folks, the legal saga involving Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, WWE, and former WWE employee Janel Grant just took another sharp turn. On Tuesday, Grant’s attorneys submitted a fresh legal filing, this time targeting Dr. Carlon Colker and his Peak Wellness clinic in Connecticut. The focus? Her medical records, which Grant claims have been wrongfully withheld by the clinic. And, if this case didn’t have enough drama already, Grant alleges these records are not just incomplete—they’re inaccurate as well.

Now, here’s where things get even more interesting. Grant’s legal team isn’t just looking for medical charts and patient histories. Oh no, they want communications between Colker and Vince McMahon, arguing that they are directly relevant to her original lawsuit, which accuses McMahon and company of way more than just bad HR practices. According to Grant, McMahon aggressively steered her towards Colker’s clinic while she worked at WWE, and the results were far from pretty. She claims that this wasn’t a case of medical care—it was a way for McMahon to exert control.

In fact, the lawsuit alleges that Grant was medicated with unknown substances and subjected to degrading sexual abuse, not just by McMahon but also by a physical therapist at Peak Wellness. Colker, who’s described in court documents as a “celebrity doctor,” and his clinic, labeled an “alternative clinic,” are now very much in the legal spotlight.

This new filing comes after months of legal back-and-forth between Grant, Colker, and Peak Wellness. Just last July, Grant filed a motion of discovery, which eventually led McMahon to request that the court-ordered stay on the lawsuit be lifted. That motion didn’t go anywhere—struck down—but the tension between the parties hasn’t let up. Colker tried to fire back with his own legal petition against Grant in August, but in a legal plot twist, he withdrew it just a month later.

Grant’s attorneys are now doubling down, determined to get those records released and to build their case that this was far more than just routine medical care gone wrong.
