Well folks, it looks like things are getting downright spooky over at WWE NXT just in time for Halloween Havoc, and I’m not talking about the costumes. No, we’ve got an extreme challenge on our hands, courtesy of the man with the biggest brain (and possibly the biggest grudge), Andre Chase. After some nasty betrayal by his former tag team partner, Ridge Holland, Chase has had enough. So, what does a true scholar of wrestling do when pushed to the brink? He calls for an Ambulance Match, of course! That’s right, one of these men is getting carted out of the arena on October 27, and it won’t be because they failed a test. It’s going to be brutal, it’s going to be vicious, and it’s going to happen at Halloween Havoc!

Here’s the backstory: Ridge Holland was down and out earlier this year after his so-called “last shot” at redemption fizzled out. Enter Andre Chase and his Chase U crew, ever the bleeding hearts, offering Holland one final chance to turn things around. For a while, it looked like a success story! They even became NXT Tag Team Champions! But folks, you know what they say about things that go up… Eventually, the titles slipped through their fingers, courtesy of Axiom and Nathan Frazier, and Holland just couldn’t handle it. He snapped, and by snapped, I mean he turned on Chase U like a Halloween monster breaking out of its chains. The man took out Chase and his teammates, delivering a vicious DDT that put Chase on the shelf and in the back of an ambulance!

So what’s Chase’s answer to all this? A one-on-one Ambulance Match. That’s right, the only way to win is to toss your opponent into an ambulance and slam the door shut. It’s going to be Holland’s first singles match against Chase, and given the history, you can bet it’s going to be a wild ride.

But that’s not all happening at Halloween Havoc! Tony D’Angelo will put his NXT North American Championship on the line in a “Tables, Ladders, and Scares” match—because why have a regular match when you can add scares? He’s taking on the powerhouse Oba Femi, and folks, this one’s going to be wild. Meanwhile, Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer, two newly signed talents, will make their in-ring debuts in a tag team match against Cora Jade and NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez. It’s shaping up to be one scary good event!

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
