AEW World Champion Jon Moxley has dropped yet another bombshell — but this time, it’s in the trademark office, not the ring. Known for his brutal fighting style and a penchant for intensity that could make a barbed wire bat blush, Moxley recently filed a trademark for the term “Death Riders” on October 29. That’s right, folks, Mox isn’t just securing names; he’s branding a whole new vibe.

Currently, Moxley’s Death Rider is his signature finishing move — a final blow that leaves opponents sprawled out with nothing but regret and a distinct impression of the mat on their backs. But this new trademark hints that “Death Riders” could refer to a lot more than just a single move; it might just be the name of a new faction or possibly even a rebranded Blackpool Combat Club (BCC). After ousting Bryan Danielson, taking the AEW World Championship, and delivering one cryptic promo after another, Moxley is clearly shaping the BCC into something new, dark, and quite possibly, deadly.

Moxley isn’t stopping with the Death Riders. Just earlier this month, he also filed a trademark for “Switchblade Conspiracy,” his former tag team with Sami Callihan. Mox might be playing chess while everyone else is still watching checkers, snapping up IPs faster than a champion defending his title.

The latest BCC lineup now includes Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, along with new members Pac and Marina Shafir. Moxley’s enigmatic promos have hinted at even more mysterious “Death Riders” waiting in the shadows. AEW’s Full Gear next month looks poised to reveal the dark evolution of the BCC, with Moxley leading a faction that sounds as friendly as a brick wall.

Keep those belts polished, Mox, because the “Death Riders” are coming, and they’re bringing chaos, cryptic catchphrases, and maybe a little bit of legal paperwork along for the ride.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
