Breaking News, Folks! In a match that featured more interference than a reality TV reunion, Nia Jax successfully defended her WWE Women’s Championship against Naomi on “SmackDown.” But let’s not pretend it was a clean victory—this bout had more twists, turns, and outside distractions than an amusement park funhouse.

Naomi vs. Nia Jax: From Rear Views to Samoan Drops

The match started with Jax in full “unstoppable force” mode, tossing Naomi into corners like she was trying to rearrange the ring decor. But Naomi, ever the resilient underdog, fought back and came within milliseconds of victory after a perfectly executed Rear View.

Things got even more intense when Naomi sent Jax to the outside and followed up with a high-risk dive from the top rope, bringing the Milwaukee crowd to their feet. Just as it seemed Naomi might pull off another upset, chaos erupted backstage.

Backstage Mayhem and Ringside Pandemonium

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez were spotted taking out Women’s Tag Team Champions Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair backstage, possibly as payback for last month’s interference. Meanwhile, at ringside, Miss Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton made her presence felt, attacking Naomi in a bid to curry favor with Jax—or just to cause trouble.

But Stratton’s meddling was short-lived, thanks to Bayley, who neutralized her before getting ambushed by Candice LeRae. It was a full-on who’s-who of the women’s division, with alliances crumbling faster than Naomi could hit a split-legged moonsault.

The Finish

Despite the distractions, Naomi nearly stole the victory with her signature moonsault, but Jax barely kicked out. Capitalizing on the chaos, Jax hit a devastating second-rope Samoan Drop, dragged Naomi to the corner, and sealed the deal with the Annihilator for the three-count.

With her third successful title defense, Nia Jax continues her reign of dominance. But with so many players in the mix—Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Tiffany Stratton, Bayley, and Candice LeRae—it’s clear that holding onto that title won’t get any easier.
