Boxing fans tuned in for Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson on Netflix, but WWE snuck in some heavy punches of their own—advertising RAW’s upcoming move to the platform and unveiling its brand-new logo. That’s right, folks, after a four-year run, the RAW logo is getting a dramatic makeover just in time for its January 6, 2025, Netflix debut.

The revamped logo is a mashup of past and present, borrowing elements from the current design while resurrecting the nostalgic “R” and “W” from the 2006–2012 era. This isn’t just a new coat of paint for WWE’s flagship show; it’s a signal of the massive shift as WWE’s televised trifecta (RAW, SmackDown, and NXT) rebrands for new homes. SmackDown returned to USA Network in September, NXT landed on The CW in October, and now it’s RAW’s turn to go streaming.

The first episode of RAW on Netflix will air live from the brand-new Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, making it the first wrestling event ever held at the arena. WWE isn’t pulling any punches for this historic debut—big names like CM Punk, GUNTHER, Cody Rhodes, and Roman Reigns are rumored to share the spotlight. Netflix clearly wants a blockbuster lineup to hook subscribers early.

This redesign and platform move mark the dawn of a new era for WWE’s flagship show. Fans can expect the same high-energy chaos, but now with a shiny new look and a streaming twist. Stay tuned—this one’s going to be a main event.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
