The WWE ID program continues to expand its talent roster with promising stars from the indie wrestling scene, and the latest recruits bring a diverse array of skills and experience. Among the newest names are Canada’s Zoe Sager, Memphis’s Aaron Roberts, and New England’s Ricky Smokes—each poised to make waves under the WWE umbrella.

Zoe Sager

Sager becomes the first Canadian to join WWE ID, a milestone achievement for the current 365 Global Women’s Champion. With an impressive résumé that includes the LPW Challenge and LPG Grand Championships, Sager is no stranger to competition. She’s wrestled across indie promotions such as DOA, PPW, and RCW and even appeared on AEW Dark: Elevation, squaring off against Emi Sakura in 2023. Her mix of athleticism and championship pedigree positions her as a standout recruit.

Ricky Smokes

From Chaotic Wrestling in New England, Ricky Smokes is already a familiar name on the indie scene. Since debuting in 2019, the 24-year-old has faced top talents like Ace Austin, Danhausen, and Tommy Dreamer. Equally adept in singles and tag team matches, Smokes is known for his dynamic style and charisma, which he’s ready to bring to the WWE ID program.

Aaron Roberts

Hailing from Memphis Wrestling, Aaron Roberts adds southern grit to the WWE ID roster. As the reigning Heritage Champion, Roberts has shared the ring with stars like TNA’s Josh Alexander and AEW’s Blake Christian. With his powerful in-ring presence and growing reputation, Roberts is a welcome addition to the developmental program.

These three join a growing list of WWE ID recruits, which includes Zayda Steel, Ice Williams, Bryce Donovan, Sean Legacy, and Cappuccino Jones. The WWE ID initiative continues to attract indie wrestling’s brightest stars, offering them the opportunity to work within WWE’s ecosystem while maintaining their presence on the independent scene.
