TNA’s Turning Point has hit its own turning point, as Trey Miguel, former X-Division Champion and one-half of The Rascalz, will miss tonight’s event due to travel issues. Announced via TNA’s official social media, Miguel’s absence leaves a gap in what was shaping up to be an explosive six-man tag team match. But fear not—the show (and the match) will go on!
In a video posted on TNA’s X account, Zachary Wentz, Miguel’s tag partner and fellow Rascalz member, assured fans, “The show must go on, the match must go on.” TNA has promised to reveal Miguel’s replacement during the event.
Rascalz in Flux, Hardys on the Hunt
The original match would have seen The Rascalz (Wentz and Miguel) teaming up with KUSHIDA to face World Tag Team Champions Matt and Jeff Hardy alongside Ace Austin. While the Rascalz have been laser-focused on reclaiming the tag team gold, tonight’s shakeup could give the Hardys and Austin an advantage—or introduce a wildcard teammate that changes everything.
Title Matches Galore
Despite Miguel’s absence, the rest of the Turning Point card remains intact, and it’s stacked with championship matches and high stakes:
- TNA World Championship: Nic Nemeth defends against Eddie Edwards.
- Knockouts World Championship: Masha Slamovich takes on Jordynne Grace in a two-out-of-three falls match.
- X-Division Championship: Moose defends his title against Laredo Kid.
Add in the electric WrestleCade atmosphere in Winston-Salem, NC, and Turning Point is still primed to deliver a night of unforgettable action.
When and Where to Watch
TNA Turning Point kicks off tonight at 7 PM EST on TNA+, live from the WrestleCade convention. Tune in to see who steps in for Trey Miguel and whether The Rascalz can stay on track toward tag team dominance—or if the Hardys will turn their focus to keeping the belts firmly in their grasp.
