The WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship tournament rolled on during the December 9 episode of “WWE Raw,” with Lyra Valkyria emerging victorious in a high-octane triple threat match against Ivy Nile and Zelina Vega. Backed by an enthusiastic Wichita crowd, Valkyria soared to the semifinals, cementing her place in history as the tournament heats up.

The action began with chaos, as Vega dropkicked Nile out of the ring before narrowly dodging a roll-up by Valkyria. The match was a constant showcase of counters, suplexes, and high-flying offense, with each competitor having their moments to shine. Vega connected with a stunning 6-1-9 on Valkyria, but Nile’s raw power pulled Vega off the apron before she could secure the win.

The climax saw Vega interrupt Nile and Valkyria’s suplex sequence with a Code Red, nearly stealing the match. However, Valkyria broke up the pin and delivered her devastating Night Wing finisher to Vega for the three-count. The Wichita crowd erupted into rhythmic “woos” as Valkyria celebrated her monumental victory.

With this win, Valkyria joins Dakota Kai in the semifinals. Kai’s next opponent will be decided in a triple threat match between Raquel Rodriguez, Zoey Stark, and Kayden Carter, while Valkyria awaits the victor of a contest between Alba Fyre, Natalya, and Kairi Sane. The finals are shrouded in mystery, with the date and location yet to be announced.
