Chaos reigned supreme on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, and when the dust settled—well, if it settled—AEW World Champion Jon Moxley decided the only way to handle the mayhem was to throw everyone into the fire. Following a tag team match that ended in a brawl and double disqualification, Moxley issued a fatal four-way challenge for Worlds End, setting up a clash of monumental egos and fists.

Tag Team Turmoil

Moxley teamed with PAC, the ever-unpredictable Death Rider, to take on Jay White and Orange Cassidy. The match itself was pure dynamite (pun intended) until Wheeler Yuta’s interference blew the lid off. Yuta, attempting to mix things up, ate an Orange Punch for his troubles, and things only escalated from there. “Hangman” Adam Page made his presence known, beating down Moxley and setting off a chain reaction of chaos.

Cassidy, fresh off his punch parade, tangled with Page, while White reminded everyone why he’s called “Switchblade,” delivering a devastating Blade Runner to Cassidy after countering yet another Orange Punch. Not to be outdone, Moxley and PAC laid waste to the three men still standing, because violence is their love language.

Backstage Bombshell

After the melee, Moxley went backstage and delivered a classic Mox promo—gritty, raw, and fueled by disdain for everyone’s egos. He declared he’d face the three men—Cassidy, White, and Page—at Worlds End. “Everyone wants to be the guy, but no one’s willing to bleed for it. Well, they’re gonna bleed now,” Moxley growled, probably while sharpening a chair or something equally intimidating.

The Christian Cage Wildcard

Not one to be outdone, Christian Cage reminded Moxley—and everyone else—that he’s holding the golden ticket: a contract for a title match. Cage cut a promo from the audience during the chaos, watching the carnage like a chess master plotting his next move. Could Worlds End turn into a five-way match if Cage decides to cash in? Or will he wait for the survivors to hobble out of the arena before making his move?

One thing’s for sure: Moxley’s challenge has lit the fuse for Worlds End, and the explosion is going to be glorious.
