The WWE is pinning its old Stamford production studio to the mat—permanently. Following their big corporate headquarters move downtown, the wrestling giant has successfully sold the property to Darien-based V20 Group for a reported $7.5 million, according to CTInsider.

While Titan Towers still sits on the market like an unclaimed Money in the Bank briefcase, this deal is a solid win for WWE’s real estate game.

From Lights, Camera, Action to High-End Distribution

The former production studio, sprawling across 33,000 square feet on the ground floor and nestled on a three-acre lot, will be transformed by V20 Group into what they described as “a high-end warehouse for distribution or other uses.” What exactly “other uses” entails remains to be seen, but it’s likely to involve fewer body slams and more forklifts.

The managing partner of V20 revealed the company had been eyeing the property since WWE first listed it, proving persistence pays off—especially when it comes with a hefty price tag.

Where Will WWE Create Its Magic Now?

No need to worry about WWE’s production values taking a hit. The newly christened “Studios at WWE” are located in their downtown headquarters, meaning they’ve traded the suburban charm of their old setup for a more modern, urban vibe.

As WWE transitions into this new era, fans can rest assured the company’s production will continue to deliver world-class pyrotechnics, cinematic promos, and perfectly-timed chair shots—just from a shinier location.
