Breaking news hotter than a superkick to the jaw! AEW has officially announced that the Dynasty pay-per-view is coming to the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 6, 2025. This marks AEW’s first-ever PPV in Pennsylvania—finally giving Philly something new to chant about besides their love of cheesesteaks and booing Santa Claus.

But wait, there’s more! In true Tony Khan fashion (where everything is always the biggest, best, most exciting ever), the road to Dynasty will feature a cross-country tour of Dynamite and Collision events. Stops include Las Vegas, Milwaukee, and Peoria—a city that people are now Googling to confirm it actually exists.

AEW’s head honcho Tony Khan, who has the enthusiasm of a thousand inflatable tube men, told The Philadelphia Inquirer:

“Philadelphia has been a great home for AEW and really all of pro wrestling for many years. The energy is tremendous… AEW Dynasty is going to be a great pay-per-view in a great city at an arena where we have a great history of putting on awesome events.”

Translation: “Philly fans are rabid, and we want that energy in the building, even if they boo me for running long at press conferences.”

Fans are already buzzing over how Dynasty 2025 will try to top last year’s edition, where Swerve Strickland crowned himself AEW World Champion, Willow Nightingale snatched the TBS title, and Will Ospreay and Bryan Danielson turned a dream match into a real-life chiropractor’s nightmare. Let’s be honest, though: Philly’s crowd might just steal the show by itself—half cheering, half heckling, and all chaos.

Tickets go on sale February 3. Pro tip: Buy early before scalpers and ECW diehards start flipping them like they’re made of gold-plated kendo sticks.
