Brace yourselves, folks! A potential WrestleMania 41 matchup could feature Rhea “I Make Leather Look Scary” Ripley defending her Women’s World Championship against Bianca “My Hair is a Weapon” Belair. If you’re not already hyped, take a moment to imagine the entrances alone—wind machines, pyro, and a whole lot of sass.

Per Fightful Select (those folks who somehow know what’s happening in catering and Vince McMahon’s Rolodex), this dream clash is being cooked up after both stars expressed interest in squaring off. Yes, we’re talking actual interviews, not just wrestlers subtweeting each other or dropping vague promos with ominous pauses.

A Match Years in the Making… Kinda

Ripley and Belair have somehow dodged each other like two wrestlers on opposing dodgeball teams. Sure, they shared a WarGames team last year, but nobody was paying attention because Liv Morgan was over there feuding like her life depended on it. And remember when Rhea was supposed to challenge Bianca at Money in the Bank 2022? Injury said, “Not today, Satan,” and in stepped Carmella, who probably packed her gear just in case.

Currently, Belair is one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions alongside Naomi, because WWE loves pairing up people with absolutely no reason to hang out other than “Hey, belts are shiny.” Meanwhile, Ripley’s been busy terrifying people into forgetting how to boo her.

Will It Happen?

WWE is famously indecisive. Plans change more often than a babyface’s moral compass. As of now, Bianca hasn’t even declared for the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble. (Not a single “I’m entering the Rumble and winning it all” promo? Disappointing.) And WWE hasn’t dropped any of their signature breadcrumb teases—no staredowns, no mysterious lighting malfunctions, nothing. Come on, Triple H, give us something!

All we’ve got is hope, backstage whispers, and a vague reminder that everything in wrestling is subject to a “Card Subject to Change” asterisk.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
