The iconic Titan Towers, WWE’s headquarters since 1991, has officially entered a new chapter—and this one doesn’t involve body slams or championship belts. WWE has sold the property at 1241 East Main Street in Stamford, Connecticut, to MB Financial Group for $3.75 million. The real estate firm plans to transform the legendary four-story office building into an apartment complex with over 80 units.

This sale is the latest in WWE’s farewell tour to its old haunts, a move accelerated by the 2023 TKO merger with UFC under Endeavor. WWE’s operations relocated to a shiny new headquarters at 707 Washington Boulevard in Stamford last year, while TKO’s executive offices are now stationed in New York.

MB Financial CEO Michael Massimino gushed about the property’s unique location, perched on the Stamford-Darien line with views of Long Island Sound and the Noroton River. “The views of Long Island Sound really make this property unique,” he told CTInsider. Translation: from “Monday Night Raw” to “Monday Night River View,” this building has range.

The redevelopment plans will reportedly maintain the existing structure, adding modern touches like common-area amenities. If everything goes smoothly, the project is expected to be completed by mid-2027. Perhaps some lucky renters will live in an apartment where Vince McMahon once paced back and forth yelling into a phone.

This isn’t WWE’s only big sale. Last month, the company offloaded its former production studio in Stamford for a hefty $7.5 million. WWE’s production arm now operates from a new facility at Washington Boulevard, a sleek upgrade that’s been fully operational since April 2024.

While the Titan Towers era is officially over, its wrestling history will live on. Whether through WWE Network documentaries or local fans reminiscing about the giant WWE logo that once loomed over Stamford, the building’s legacy as a wrestling landmark is cemented.
