In true “Maverick” fashion, Logan Paul made his grand return to WWE Raw, interrupting a fiery exchange between Seth Rollins and World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER to declare himself for the 2025 Royal Rumble. Because when you’re Logan Paul, why wait your turn when you can steal the spotlight?
The former United States Champion entered to a symphony of boos from the Atlanta crowd, clearly not impressed with his Netflix-worthy charisma. But Paul didn’t care. With his trademark bravado, he proclaimed himself the perfect face for WWE in the streaming era, taking shots at both GUNTHER and Rollins for their “lack of confidence” and inability to match his meteoric rise in the company. According to Paul, winning the Royal Rumble is just grunt work for him—he plans to stroll into WrestleMania as the last man standing.
GUNTHER, never one to back down from a challenge, responded by telling Paul he hopes he wins the Rumble. Why? So GUNTHER can “knock the smirk off his face” in the main event at WrestleMania. Rollins, meanwhile, kept his focus on GUNTHER, claiming the only embarrassment happening at WrestleMania would be the Ring General losing his title to the Visionary.
The tension between all three men was palpable, but the segment ended without any punches thrown—just a lingering sense that the Royal Rumble is going to be an all-out war. With Logan Paul officially entering the match, the already stacked field, including Rollins, GUNTHER, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, John Cena, and others, just became even more unpredictable.
Will the “Maverick” back up his words, or will his mouth write a check his body can’t cash? Either way, the countdown to the Rumble just got more exciting.
