Folks, WWE’s international expansion continues, and this time, they’re bringing the chaos to Paris! That’s right—Clash at the Castle is getting a fancy rebrand for 2025, as WWE just confirmed that Clash in Paris will take place on Sunday, August 31, at Paris La Défense Arena. Because what’s more French than body slams and suplexes?

This marks WWE’s first-ever PLE in the French capital, and they’re going all-in after the insane success of Backlash France in 2024, where the fans in Lyon shattered both arena records and eardrums. Triple H himself acknowledged the madness in a press release, saying, “Backlash France in Lyon last year broke arena records and decibel levels, demonstrating just how loud and passionate our WWE fans in France can be. We believe Clash in Paris and Raw will attract people from around the world to Paris and once again create a true spectacle.” Translation: WWE knows France is wrestling-obsessed, and they’re cashing in.

Not only will Clash in Paris light up Europe, but the September 1st episode of Raw will also take place in the same arena. That’s two nights of chaos en français, and we can already hear the “OUI! OUI! OUI!” chants echoing.

No ticket sale dates yet, but given WWE’s recent international sellouts, you might want to start practicing your French now—because Clash in Paris is going to be très spectaculaire.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
