Folks, another BIG match has been added to NXT Vengeance Day, and this one’s got high-flying action, powerhouse chaos, and at least one guy who will flip so much it defies physics. That’s right—Axiom & Nathan Frazer are putting their NXT Tag Team Championships on the line against Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura. And let me tell you, this one’s going to be WILD.

Let’s break it down:

Tonight on NXT, Briggs and Inamura punched their ticket to Vengeance Day by surviving a triple threat tag match against Hank Walker & Tank Ledger AND No Quarter Catch Crew’s Myles Borne & Tavion Heights. And when I say survived, I mean they flattened the competition.

  • Briggs? Delivered a clothesline so brutal, I think it changed Walker’s family tree.
  • Inamura? Followed up with a Frog Splash that probably registered on the Richter scale.

After seeing that absolute demolition, Axiom & Frazer basically said, “Yeah, okay, these guys deserve a shot.” And just like that, the match was officially set for Vengeance Day.

Now, let’s talk about Inamura, because this man has been making waves in NXT since November. He’s still under contract with Pro Wrestling NOAH, but thanks to WWE’s global handshake deals, he’s been throwing people around on Tuesday nights like it’s his full-time job. Meanwhile, Axiom & Frazer have also been flexing WWE’s TNA partnership, defending their titles against the Nemeth Brothers and The Rascalz.

So what does this mean? Tag team wrestling is THRIVING, folks. And on February 15, at Vengeance Day, somebody’s walking out with the gold—while somebody else might be carried out instead.

Buckle up.
