Folks, the drama backstage in WWE is just as intense as what happens in the ring. And this time, the spotlight is on Jade Cargill and Shayna Baszler, who reportedly had a tense altercation that nearly turned into a full-on fight before management stepped in.

According to reports from The Wrestling Observer, Cargill and Baszler clashed behind the scenes months before Cargill’s injury. And if you thought Baszler would just let it slide—yeah, you don’t know Shayna Baszler.

So, What Happened?

  • Tension boiled over around the time Cargill & Bianca Belair were feuding with Baszler & Zoey Stark.
  • Half a dozen people reportedly confirmed that Baszler was ready to throw hands until WWE officials shut it down.
  • The issue allegedly started when Cargill made a comment about Baszler needing to “learn how to work” (ouch).
  • This stemmed from a Scotland match (possibly at Clash at the Castle), where Cargill tapped out when she wasn’t supposed to.

While those close to Cargill denied the comment, sources say she was apologetic backstage and frustrated with herself for how things played out.

But Wait—There’s More!

After her Elimination Chamber return, Cargill cut a promo on social media stating:

“There are wolves in the shape of women all around me.”

That line? Did NOT go over well in the locker room.

  • Several WWE talents took it personally, especially those who had kept quiet about the Baszler incident.
  • Some talent were already frustrated with Cargill for taking time off during the mandatory holiday tour.
  • Rumors swirled about her injury status, with some doubting if it was real.

WWE officials confirmed Cargill was actually injured, but that didn’t stop the locker room whispers.

Where Does This Leave Cargill?

  • Back in action, but with heat backstage.
  • Baszler? Probably still waiting for an official fight offer.
  • The locker room? Watching closely.

One thing’s for sure—if Cargill and Baszler cross paths in the ring again, it’s gonna get REAL.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
