Things just got personal.

On AEW Collision, WWE Hall of Famer Cope finally had enough of Jon Moxley’s reign of terror, stepping up to challenge the unhinged AEW World Champion for a title match at Revolution on March 9.

The Callout Heard Around AEW

🔥 Cope didn’t hold back, calling Moxley a “malcontent” who only knows how to “shout at clouds” and blame others for his issues. (Ouch.)
🔥 He accused Moxley of hiding AEW’s top prize in a briefcase while the company debuts on a new streaming platform. (Double ouch.)
🔥 “That AEW World Championship is the most important thing in this industry, and you want to hide it away? That’s gonna change. Because I’m going to beat you up. I’m going to hurt you.” (Triple ouch.)
🔥 And then? He made it official. Cope vs. Moxley. One-on-one. First time ever. AEW World Title. March 9. Los Angeles. Revolution.

To hammer his point home, Cope made one final promise—telling Moxley that years from now, when he struggles to get out of bed at 65, his daughter will ask him, “Dad, what’s wrong?” And the answer will be… Cope.

Moxley has yet to accept the challenge, but let’s be real—when has Mox ever backed down from a fight? With his WrestleDream victory over Bryan Danielson marking his descent into madness, will Cope be the one to finally put him down?

Or will Moxley just drag him into the void with him?
