After six long months of recovery, WWE NXT star Edris Enofe is officially back in business. That’s right—surgery? Defeated. Injury? Conquered. Medical clearance? Obtained.
The 31-year-old high-flyer, known for his charisma and jaw-dropping athleticism, dropped the news on social media with a fresh new photo and the hashtag #EOE (Epitome of Excellence), letting the world know that he’s ready to step back into the ring and do what he does best—flip, fly, and fight.
How We Got Here: A Steel Chair, A Shoulder Surgery, and Six Months of Waiting
Enofe has been out of action since August 2024, when he suffered a shoulder injury that required surgery. His last match, against Kale Dixon on NXT Level Up, ended in more than just a loss—Brooks Jensen made sure of that by ambushing Enofe with a steel chair, effectively writing him off television and onto the injury list.
Now, after months of rehab, training, and probably a lot of frustration watching others do cool moves he couldn’t, Edris is back.
What’s Next for Enofe?
While Enofe is cleared to compete, NXT hasn’t announced his official return match just yet. But if history tells us anything, his comeback is bound to be:
✔️ High-energy
✔️ Gravity-defying
✔️ Possibly revenge-fueled (Brooks Jensen, you might want to watch your back.)
The NXT Injury Report: Who’s Back, Who’s Still Waiting?
Enofe isn’t the only NXT star making a return:
✅ Je’Von Evans is back after a jaw injury.
✅ Thea Hail recently returned from a six-month hiatus.
⏳ Malik Blade (Enofe’s former tag partner) is still recovering from ACL and meniscus surgery.
⏳ Ethan Page broke his nose but is still appearing on NXT TV, because… well, wrestlers are built different.
Now that he’s officially cleared, will Enofe aim for singles glory? Will he reunite with Blade when he’s healed? Or will he come back swinging at Brooks Jensen like he’s been replaying that chair shot in his head for months?
Either way, one thing’s for sure—NXT just got a whole lot more exciting.
