Another WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion bites the dust. Isla Dawn has officially been released, joining the growing list of talent cuts.

Her reaction? Straight-up ominous. She posted a backstage photo on Instagram Stories with the message:

📌 “Here for a good time, not a long time. See you in 90 [calendar emoji].”

Translation? She’s got a 90-day no-compete, but after that… all bets are off.

Isla Dawn’s WWE Run: A Solid Journey Cut Short

Dawn’s WWE career started in 2017, when she took on Asuka in a squash match. From there, she:
🔮 Competed in the 2018 Mae Young Classic
🇬🇧 Became a key part of NXT UK
🔥 Formed The Unholy Union with Alba Fyre
🏆 Won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles (final champs ever!)
🏆 Won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles in Scotland at Clash at the Castle

Her team with Alba Fyre made history as only the second women’s duo to win both NXT & WWE Tag Team gold.

Then? 76 days later, WWE took the belts off them. And now, Dawn is out of a job.

Where Does Isla Dawn Go Next?

With her unique witchy gimmick & solid in-ring skills, she could fit in a few places:
👀 TNA? – Their Knockouts Division has been 🔥 lately.
👀 AEW? – The women’s roster could use more depth.
👀 A return to the UK scene? – She thrived there before.

Final Thoughts:

  • Isla Dawn: Gone from WWE, but far from done.
  • The Unholy Union: One member remains… for now.
  • 90 Days from now? She’s going somewhere interesting.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
