Folks, the biggest, the best, the most tremendous return happened at WWE Elimination Chamber—Jade Cargill is back! And let me tell you, she wasn’t in the mood for hugs and heartfelt reunions. No, no, no. Instead, she entered the match like a wrecking ball, and unfortunately for Naomi, she was standing directly in the path of destruction.
As the Chamber match was set to begin with Naomi and Liv Morgan, Cargill’s music hit, and business immediately picked up. But instead of targeting Morgan—the person actually caught lurking around her mystery attack from November—Cargill picked Naomi as the lucky recipient of an all-expenses-paid trip to Painville, Population: Her.
And what a trip it was. Cargill ragdolled Naomi all over the Chamber, sending her crashing so hard into Bianca Belair’s pod that Belair went full-on horror movie scream queen. Officials ran in to separate Cargill from her new personal punching bag, but the damage was done—Naomi left on a stretcher, Belair nearly had an emotional breakdown, and somewhere in the distance, Liv Morgan probably whispered, “That was close.”
WHO DUNNIT? WHO CARES?
For weeks, WWE fans have been playing detective, trying to figure out who orchestrated the backstage attack on Cargill that kept her out since November. The suspects? Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, who have both denied any involvement, possibly while crossing their fingers behind their backs. But Naomi? She just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Worse yet, she had taken over Cargill’s old role as Belair’s bestie and Women’s Tag Team Champion. And when Naomi and Belair lost the belts to Morgan and Rodriguez on Raw, well, let’s just say Cargill had all the motivation she needed to reintroduce herself.
One thing’s for sure—whether she’s avenging an attack or just handing out beatdowns for fun, Jade Cargill is back, and the WWE women’s division is officially on notice.
