John Cena’s Elimination Chamber weekend went from historic to downright bizarre in a matter of hours. First, he won the Men’s Elimination Chamber match and then, in an act that broke childhoods across the world, brutally attacked Cody Rhodes, officially turning heel for the first time in over 20 years. But if you were expecting some grand explanation at the post-show press conference, you clearly haven’t been paying attention to the new-and-not-so-friendly Cena.

Instead of answering questions, giving a speech, or even flashing a smirk, Cena walked into the press room, grabbed a microphone, dropped it, and walked out. No words. No explanation. Just the ultimate power move.

The Mic Drop Heard Around the World

This was no accident—Cena’s silence spoke volumes. His heel turn is complete, and he doesn’t feel the need to justify a thing. Many believe the mic drop symbolized that he had done exactly what he said he would do at the Royal Rumble—win the Chamber and punch his ticket to WrestleMania. Others think this was his way of telling the fans, “You don’t deserve an explanation.”

The GTA VI Clue?

If Cena’s mic drop wasn’t cryptic enough, he also took to Instagram and posted a picture of Grand Theft Auto VI—and no, it wasn’t a sponsorship deal. Fans quickly pointed out that this could be a joke about how his heel turn happened before GTA VI was even released, referencing the long wait for the game. Others speculate that Cena is embracing a full villain arc—perhaps hinting that he’s about to be the ultimate “wanted man” in WWE.

Where’s Cena Now?

If you were hoping for an explanation on Raw, don’t hold your breath. According to The Rock, Cena flew in from Budapest for Elimination Chamber and immediately flew out to Africa after the event—which means he likely won’t be showing up on WWE TV anytime soon.

Meanwhile, The Rock did all the talking at the press conference, addressing everything from Cena’s heel turn to the very important question of whether Cena will now ditch his trademark jorts. (No confirmation yet, but fans are bracing for the possibility of Cena in full villain-mode leather pants.)

So, to recap:
Cena is officially a bad guy
Cody Rhodes is left in a bloody heap
Cena might be the most cryptic WWE superstar ever
We still don’t know if the jorts are staying or going

Stay tuned, because WrestleMania season just got a whole lot crazier.
