LA Knight is out here proving that no beef is too small to turn into a promo. After reports surfaced that Drew McIntyre was big mad about how things went down at the Royal Rumble, Knight took to SmackDown to do what he does best—talk trash and make it sound cool.
McIntyre Was Not Having a Good Time at the Rumble
For those who missed it, reports claimed that Drew McIntyre was FURIOUS after getting eliminated by Damian Priest. Apparently, the timing got messed up due to spots involving LA Knight, and McIntyre was so annoyed he allegedly stormed out of the arena like a man who just found out his Uber canceled on him.
Oh, and before leaving, McIntyre was overheard saying that Knight “had to get his s* in,”** which, in wrestling terms, means Knight got all his cool moves and moments in, even if it annoyed someone else.
Fast forward to SmackDown, and you just knew Knight wasn’t going to let this go.
LA Knight: Wrestler, Trash Talker, Mental Health Advocate?
Before their Elimination Chamber qualifying match, McIntyre came out first, looking serious and still probably holding a grudge. Jimmy Uso interrupted, because of course he did. But then Knight walked out, microphone in hand, and immediately started cooking.
In a plot twist no one saw coming, Knight actually started by talking about the importance of men’s mental health, urging everyone to let out their emotions. A wholesome moment, right?
Yeah, for about three seconds.
Knight then turned directly to McIntyre and dropped the punchline of the year:
“There are three things guaranteed in life: death, taxes, and Drew McIntyre crying like a damn baby.”
Brutal. Absolutely brutal.
Oh, and He Trolled the Reports Too
Knight wasn’t done. To cap it off, he mocked the Rumble drama by saying:
“Oh, wait. I forgot to get my stuff in.”
Cue LOUD “YEAH!” chants from the crowd.
McIntyre might have been fuming at that point, but credit where it’s due—he let his wrestling do the talking and won the match, punching his ticket to the Elimination Chamber. Knight got his promos in, McIntyre got his win, and Jimmy Uso just kinda existed.
Final Thoughts:
- LA Knight: World-class talker, professional troll.
- Drew McIntyre: Probably still annoyed, but at least he won.
- Men’s mental health awareness? Surprisingly, a real takeaway from this segment.
- Elimination Chamber: Now officially has a very, very angry Scottish man in the mix.
One thing’s for sure—this feud ain’t over, YEAH!
