Mercedes Mone, folks. The CEO of making headlines, collecting championships, and, apparently, starting unnecessary backstage drama. On AEW Dynamite, she wasn’t just defending her TBS Championship reign—she was also out here spilling drinks, dodging baseball bats, and possibly setting up a match that has wrestling fans foaming at the mouth.

BILLIE STARKZ GETS A DRINK AND AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT

Mone was backstage, probably minding her own business (but let’s be real, probably not), when she bumped into Billie Starkz. Instead of a friendly hello, she opted for a classic heel move: casually knocking over Starkz’s drink like a high school movie villain. Big power move.

Starkz, not one to let disrespect slide, yanked Mone back and made it clear—she’s not just some random name. She’s a future champion. And given her history with Athena, the woman many consider Mone’s true dream opponent, this little interaction might’ve been more than just an accident.

MOMO WATANABE SHOWS UP SWINGING

Before Mone could fully process whether she had beef with Starkz or not, Momo Watanabe appeared with a baseball bat and went full “The Warriors” on her. Mone, showing the reflexes of someone who’s absolutely been in situations like this before, ducked, dodged, and ran for her life.

Watanabe, the winner of the International Women’s Cup, already has her sights set on Mone’s TBS Championship at AEW Revolution. But this wasn’t just a challenge—it was a message. A violent, bat-swinging message.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR AEW REVOLUTION (AND BEYOND)

Mone vs. Watanabe is already locked in for March 9, and it’s guaranteed to be a banger. But with Starkz stepping into the picture and Athena lurking as the ultimate dream match, Mone’s path in AEW is looking more dangerous than ever.

If Billie Starkz is the first domino, Athena could be next. And if Mone thinks dodging a baseball bat was hard… she might want to start preparing for a war.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
