Folks, Miro is free. The chains of AEW have been shattered. The Redeemer has redeemed himself—by securing his release and heading straight to the Middle East for his first post-AEW appearance.

While the wrestling world speculates about a WWE return, Miro isn’t just sitting around waiting for the McMahon Hotline to ring. Instead, he’s taking his superhuman traps to Qatar Pro Wrestling’s SuperSlam 3 in Doha, Qatar, on February 21 & 22.

A Super-Slammed Lineup

Miro isn’t showing up alone. This event is stacked with big names, including:
🔥 Bobby Lashley (because two powerhouses are better than one)
🔥 Mustafa Ali (finally getting booked the way he deserves!)
🔥 Nic Nemeth (formerly known as Dolph Ziggler, now free to steal the show anywhere)
🔥 Matt Cardona (aka, the Indie Wrestling Kingpin himself)
🔥 El Hijo del Vikingo (gravity doesn’t apply to this man)
🔥 WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley (who is probably just here to smile and tell wild stories)

This isn’t just any independent event. It’s the biggest SuperSlam yet! The first two editions (2017 & 2020) had some big names, but SuperSlam 3 is shaping up to be the most stacked lineup yet.

Miro’s First Indie Match in 15 Years?!

If Miro wrestles in Doha, it will be his first match since December 2023 and, more importantly, his first independent bout in over 15 YEARS.

Let that sink in—Miro hasn’t wrestled outside of WWE or AEW since the late 2000s. Back then, he was just a Bulgarian newcomer grinding his way through developmental. Fast forward to 2025, and he’s a beast of a free agent, a former TNT Champion, and a man who probably still hates CJ Perry’s on-screen decisions.

What’s Next?

This appearance could be the first step toward a major return to WWE—or it could be the start of Miro embracing the indie king lifestyle (Matt Cardona would be so proud). One thing’s for sure: Miro is done sitting on the sidelines.

Will he destroy someone in Qatar? Will he cut a promo on God again? Will he sign with WWE before he even gets on the plane home?

Stay tuned. The Redeemer’s path is just beginning.
