Well, folks, brace yourselves because the “Modern Day Maharaja” is no longer hindered! Former WWE star Jinder Mahal, who was cut loose in April amid a whirlwind of roster shuffles just before the WWE Draft, has now triumphantly announced the end of his 90-day non-compete clause. Mahal took to social media like a digital gladiator on Thursday to proclaim his new free agent status with the bold declaration: “Hindered no more. 90 days are up.”

Despite his release, Mahal didn’t exactly go quietly into that good night. In January, he seized a golden opportunity to lock verbal horns with none other than The Rock on the “Day 1” edition of “WWE Raw.” Not only did Mahal get to trade barbs with the Brahma Bull, but he also felt the electrifying force of the People’s Elbow firsthand.

If that wasn’t enough to make his exit memorable, Mahal also snagged a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins. This matchup quickly became a hot topic after AEW President Tony Khan went on a tirade, questioning why Mahal, who had more losses than an underdog movie montage, was even in the title picture.

Mahal’s swan song with WWE came during the WrestleMania 40 weekend, where he took part in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on “WWE SmackDown.” His showdown with Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship marked his final televised singles match with the company.
