Clap for your 12-time tag champs… and feel the slight moral discomfort! Because The New Day is back on top—and back on their BS.

After years of being the heart, soul, and cereal of WWE, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston rolled into WrestleMania 41 with a plan: win gold, dodge guilt, and run like someone just called security. And guess what? Mission accomplished.

Facing off against The War Raiders, also known as Erik & Ivar, also known as “The dudes who cosplay as medieval CrossFit instructors,” Woods and Kingston knew they weren’t just up against Viking muscle. They were up against the clock—because when you’ve turned on Big E and your moral compass is now GPS-disabled, you gotta work fast.

The match was a physical meat-fest. Suplexes were thrown. Beards were shaken. And Kofi got launched like a tax refund in Vegas. But in classic New Day fashion, they pulled out the win with a slick little trick: Kingston held down Ivar’s legs while Woods made the pin, the referee saw nothing, and the crowd saw history repeat itself—for the 12th time.

That’s right: 12. Like the number of pancakes in their entrance, or the number of minutes you need to warm up before dealing with Ivar’s beard chops.

And just like that, they didn’t wait around for a post-match interview. Nope. The minute the titles hit their hands, the duo sprinted up the ramp like two guys who knew they’d just done something shady and fabulous. No remorse, just results.

The War Raiders? Furious. The fans? Torn. Big E? Somewhere at home, shaking his head while sipping protein shakes of disappointment.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
