Step aside, WrestleMania Weekend—because Ring of Honor’s Supercard of Honor just swiped right on May 2, skipping the usual wrestling pilgrimage and heading straight for the Adrian Phillips Theater in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Yes, Atlantic City—the town where luck goes to gamble, and now apparently, so does Ring of Honor.

AEW’s ticketing site broke the news, announcing that Supercard of Honor will hit the iconic venue at Boardwalk Hall, best known for hosting WrestleMania IV and V—and for once being owned by a certain hair-forward reality host turned golf-course mogul turned… well, you know the rest.

It’s a big move for ROH, marking:

  • The first Supercard in May since 2011

  • The first ROH event at Boardwalk Hall

  • And the latest time a Tony Khan-owned property made fans say, “Wait, where?”

While no start time has been confirmed, we can guarantee the event will begin exactly when someone in the production truck forgets to press “go.” Classic ROH style.

Let’s not forget: ROH was rescued from wrestling limbo by Tony Khan in 2022 after a pandemic-era shuttering. Since then, it’s been back on its feet, still broadcasting through the HonorClub streaming platform, which is like Netflix, but with more chops and fewer rom-coms.

As of now, AEW is laser-focused on Dynasty, the April 6 PPV where Jon Moxley will defend the AEW World Title against Swerve Strickland in what will likely include violence, blood, and a table made of regret. But once that chaos clears, eyes will turn to Atlantic City and what surprises the Supercard of Honor might deliver.

Could Samoa Joe return to reclaim his seat at the Honor Table? Will Tony Khan remember which belts belong to which promotion? Could Dalton Castle finally win a match without needing therapy afterward?

Stay tuned, because May 2 is gonna get honorable—and possibly comped with a hotel buffet.
