Ring of Honor just did the ol’ switcheroo, rescheduling its two biggest events of the year like a tag team fake-out—and now Death Before Dishonor is going extreme.
Originally set to unfold in the bright lights of Arlington, Texas, Death Before Dishonor has now been relocated to the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, aka the ECW Arena, aka the most structurally sound building to have hosted the least structurally sound matches in wrestling history.
Meanwhile, Supercard of Honor, which was originally exiled from its traditional WrestleMania Weekend habitat, will now take over July 11 in Arlington—right before AEW’s All In Texas event. Because nothing says “synergy” like one wrestling company holding a megashow across town from its sister promotion. If Tony Khan’s calendar had a blood pressure reading, it would be flashing red.

Let’s not gloss over this move either—ROH is bringing one of its most violent, legacy-rich shows to the arena that once redefined violence in American wrestling. The 2300 Arena hosted ROH’s early golden years, TNA’s grungy mid-2000s excursions, NJPW excursions, and even an NXT detour in 2024. Basically, if you’ve bled on the East Coast, you’ve done it here.
