At this point, Roxanne Perez might as well have a permanent Royal Rumble slot. For the third straight year, The Prodigy entered the chaos, proving once again why she’s one of WWE’s fastest-rising stars.
Perez came in early at #3, joining IYO SKY and Liv Morgan. And unlike some unlucky early entrants (looking at you, Santino Marella), Perez didn’t just survive—she thrived. She took out SKY and Morgan before putting on a marathon performance, lasting all the way to the final two. Unfortunately, that’s where Charlotte Flair (because of course) shut the door on her dreams.
Even though she didn’t win, Perez’s run was one of the night’s biggest stories. Coming off her NXT Women’s Championship loss to Giulia at New Year’s Evil, she’s been dealing with rivalries on all fronts—Bayley from Raw and Giulia from NXT. And since both of them also entered the Rumble, tensions are only getting worse.
With a near-hour-long Rumble showing under her belt and a main roster presence growing by the week, one thing is clear—Perez isn’t just fighting for respect anymore. She’s fighting for her spot. The question is, will she stay on NXT, or is this Rumble performance the final sign that it’s time for her to move up?
