Folks, WWE’s forbidden door to the indies just got even bigger—because Triple H just revealed the WWE ID Championships, and the way they’ll be won, defended, and fought over is absolute madness (in the best way possible).

As part of the WWE ID program, which launched last year to develop future talent on the independent scene, WWE is now introducing official WWE ID Men’s & Women’s Titles—and they won’t just sit in a trophy case.

Here’s how it works:
🔥 The first champions will be crowned in a tournament spanning multiple independent promotions across the country.
🔥 Once crowned, these champions will defend the titles on indie shows—basically making them territory-hopping champions like it’s the 1980s again.
🔥 Wins matter! Wrestlers racking up victories can earn their way onto WWE Evolve, a brand-new show set to premiere on Tubi next month (because apparently, Tubi is now a wrestling hub—who knew?).

So far, 14 wrestlers have been announced for WWE ID, working with five different promotions and training schools, including ones tied to Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, and Booker T. Basically, if you ever wanted to see WWE-backed talent tear it up in a bingo hall, now’s your chance.

And don’t worry, this isn’t just a collection of random matches—WWE ID has confirmed that there will be storyline continuity, meaning feuds, rivalries, and championship drama will spill over across multiple indie shows. Yes, we are officially living in WWE’s version of the multiverse.

With WWE ID now rolling out championships, the Evolve show on the horizon, and top indie promotions getting involved, one thing is for sure—this might be the most ambitious crossover event since Avengers: Endgame.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
