Mark your calendars, cancel your AEW-fan brunch plans, and prepare your loudest airhorns: AAA’s TripleMania Regia is officially going down on June 15, 2025, at Arena Monterrey—and they’re bringing a bizarre wrestling multiverse along for the ride.

In a press conference that sounded like a 2K GM Mode fever dream, AAA revealed that WWE, TNA, and AAA stars will all share a locker room and presumably argue over who gets to use the fog machine first. While no matches have been announced (classic wrestling move), here’s what we do know:

  • WWE’s Humberto Carrillo & Angel Garza are booked. This isn’t a crossover, it’s a family reunion. They’ve got AAA blood, and more importantly, WWE booking permission.

  • TNA Wrestling stars are coming too—because nothing says “AAA chaos” like people showing up mid-feud from a completely different company.

  • JBL will also appear, likely to yell in Texan, flex in a suit, and do his best impression of a Wall Street cowboy lost in Mexico.

  • AAA staples Psycho Clown, Alberto El Patrón, and Hijo del Vikingo will round out the party, probably flipping off turnbuckles while JBL pretends to understand lucha libre psychology.

But wait, the real lucha libre drama is happening outside the ring.

AEW, not to be outdone, scheduled Grand Slam Mexico for June 18—just three days after TripleMania Regia. This strategic elbow to the ribs of AAA’s shiny new WWE alliance clearly didn’t go unnoticed. Tony Schiavone reportedly finds the whole situation hilarious, which is wrestling-speak for “pass the popcorn, this is getting messy.”

And if that wasn’t enough tangled kayfabe for one week, TripleMania Regia follows hot on the heels of Worlds Collide (June 7), the first WWE-AAA co-produced event. Basically, the wrestling world is speed-running a crossover event so big it makes Multiverse of Madness look like a sitcom reunion.

AAA may not have announced any matches yet—but with this many egos, alliances, and neck tattoos flying around, there’s a 100% chance someone’s getting powerbombed through a VIP table before the night’s over.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
