Will Ospreay isn’t just busy flipping, chopping, and kneeing people into next week—he’s also helping run the show behind the scenes. That’s right, folks, while most wrestlers are content with just being in the ring, Ospreay is out here producing, booking, and probably stress-drinking tea over last-minute match changes.

Ospreay’s New Role in Pro-Wrestling: EVE

According to Fightful Select, Ospreay has been working as a backstage producer and creative team member for Pro-Wrestling: EVE, a British women’s wrestling promotion that has been breaking boundaries for years. Turns out, Ospreay has been helping out since April 2023, and by October, he was also assisting with the creative direction.

This means that when you watch an EVE match and think, “Wow, that was insane”, there’s a good chance Ospreay had his fingerprints all over it—possibly while pacing around, talking a mile a minute, and calling everything proper mental.

One of his notable contributions? Helping book Team RevPro vs. Cut Throat Collective at RevPro’s 12th Anniversary Show. The promotion’s owner, Dann Read, recently told Fightful that he’s thrilled with Ospreay’s work.

Yes, He’s Still Kicking Heads Off

Even with his backstage duties, Ospreay isn’t done dropping fools on their heads. At a recent Pro-Wrestling: EVE Multiverse Rumble, he decided to make an impact in the most Ospreay way possible—hitting a Pedigree on Anita Vaughan. Because, why not randomly hit a finisher when you show up at an indie show?

Balancing AEW, Indie Wrestling, and Life

Ospreay is still based in the UK, making weekly trips to the US for AEW shows. Why? Because he’s a responsible partner and dad—something we don’t see enough of in wrestling. His girlfriend, Alex Windsor, also happens to wrestle in EVE, so this gig keeps him closer to home while letting him flex his creative muscles.

What’s Next?

Back in AEW, Ospreay is gearing up for a wild tag match at Grand Slam Australia, where he’ll be teaming up with sworn enemy turned temporary ally Kenny Omega to face the Don Callis Family’s Konosuke Takeshita & Kyle Fletcher. Expect chaos, betrayal teases, and at least five moments where someone almost dies.

With AEW domination, indie wrestling creativity, and an international travel schedule that would break a lesser man, Ospreay is proving that he’s not just one of the best wrestlers alive—he might be one of the busiest.
