The Road to WrestleMania 41 is in full swing, and as always, that means wild speculation, questionable leaks, and at least one major match that’ll probably change five times before the show actually happens.

With the Easter weekend extravaganza shaping up, a few things are already locked in:
🏆 GUNTHER vs. Jey Uso for the World Heavyweight Championship (Because apparently, Jey is “Main Event” again.)
👑 Tiffany Stratton vs. Charlotte Flair for the WWE Women’s Championship (Insert obligatory “Charlotte is in another title match” joke here.)
🎤 John Cena is appearing for his final WrestleMania match before retiring in December. (We’ll believe it when we see it, John.)

But what about everything else? Enter Dave Meltzer, who’s here to drop the latest backstage tea in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Cena’s WrestleMania Opponent: The Story FINALLY Ends With Cody?

According to Meltzer, the plan is for Cena to challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania.

If true, this could be a passing-of-the-torch moment—or just another case of WWE booking Cena to ruin someone’s WrestleMania dreams one last time for nostalgia’s sake. Either way, Cena’s farewell tour is officially on.

The Main Event? A Triple Threat Insanity Waiting to Happen

Another huge match rumored for the show:
Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins in a Triple Threat Match.

That’s right—Reigns, Punk, and Rollins all in one ring. We assume this match will be:
One hour of taunting.
At least three personal insults in the promo packages.
CM Punk walking in like he owns the place.
CM Punk possibly leaving the match injured. (Hey, history suggests it’s a possibility.)

What About AJ Styles, Bron Breakker, and Finn Balor?

Right now, Styles is rumored to be involved in an Intercontinental Championship match against Bron Breakker or a singles match with Finn Balor. Which one? Who knows. It’s like WWE is waiting to spin a wheel labeled “AJ Feuds” and go from there.

Solo Sikoa vs. Jacob Fatu? Maybe… Maybe Not?

Many fans expected Solo Sikoa vs. Jacob Fatu at WrestleMania, but Meltzer suggests that one of them has a different plan. What is it? No one knows yet—but feel free to wildly speculate.

What’s Next? Elimination Chamber Holds the Key

If you’re still confused about who’s fighting whom at WrestleMania, don’t worry—it’s WWE, plans change every week. Meltzer says any finalized matches or major changes will be set after the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event on March 1.

So buckle up, folks—there’s still plenty of time for Vince McMahon to secretly fax in new match ideas from an undisclosed location.
