Folks, WWE is proving once again that “World” Wrestling Entertainment isn’t just a catchy name—it’s a global ATM machine. And this time, they’re cashing in big with an expanded TKO deal that will bring both WWE and UFC back to Perth, Australia in 2026.

That’s right—Perth is getting a WWE premium live event, a SmackDown, a Raw, and a UFC PPV. That’s four major events, a flood of tourists, and more people yelling “AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE, OI OI OI” than a World Cup final.

The Western Australian government—which is now clearly a diehard WWE and UFC fan—dropped a cool $50 million into their economy thanks to past events like UFC 284 and Elimination Chamber 2024. Seeing those dollar signs, Premier Roger Cook said, “Yes, please, we’ll have more of that.”

Meanwhile, TKO’s Event Development VP, Peter Dropkick (yes, really), called Perth a “home to many passionate UFC and WWE fans,” which is corporate-speak for “you guys show up and spend money, so we love you.”

So what’s next?

  • Details on WWE’s PLE (Premium Live Event) are still under wraps. We’re hoping for something cool—maybe “Super Show-Down 2: Kangaroo Chaos” or “Down Under Destruction.”
  • Presale notifications are live. So if you want tickets before scalpers buy them all, you better sign up.
  • Australia isn’t the only country getting WWE love. Three Saudi Arabia events have also been confirmed for 2026, so expect international travel to be a regular part of WWE’s business plan.

WWE’s last trip to Perth saw Rhea Ripley crush Nia Jax and Grayson Waller be very Australian on The Grayson Waller Effect. What’s next for WWE in Australia? We’ll find out soon—but one thing’s for sure: WWE and UFC are taking over the Outback, and it’s going to be big.
