Las Vegas, April 18th. The suits will be pressed. The pyro will be tasteful. The crowd will be slightly tipsy. And the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025 will be locked in—possibly with one more very dangerous man stepping in to round it out.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is discussing inducting none other than Ken “The World’s Most Dangerous Man” Shamrock into this year’s Hall of Fame. Is it official? Not yet. Is it deserved? Absolutely. Should it have happened in a year that didn’t require fans Googling “BleauLive Theater”? Also yes.

Let’s recap:
Shamrock had a two-year WWE run that hit harder than a Pride FC head kick. He debuted in 1997, made grown men tap like they owed him money, and by 1998 he was:

✅ King of the Ring
✅ Intercontinental Champion
✅ Tag Team Champion (with The Big Bossman, aka The Cop You Didn’t Want to See in the Attitude Era)

The man beat The Rock, Mark Henry, Jeff Jarrett, and Kama Mustafa in his King of the Ring journey—basically 75% of a Nation of Domination reunion. His 125-day IC Title reign saw him choke out Steve Blackman, ground-and-pound Billy Gunn, and face off with Mankind in what we can only assume was a submission match held in a boiler room.

And then in 1999? He peaced out of WWE and suplexed his way back into MMA, fighting under Pride FC, which was kind of like UFC but with more headbutts and less Dana White.

But here’s the kicker—last year, Shamrock said on Insight with Chris Van Vliet that he signed a Legends Deal with WWE. So, yeah… the cage door is wide open.
