In the opening volley of “who wants to defy gravity and win a title doing it,” Zaria became the first official entrant into the six-woman NXT Women’s North American Title ladder match at Stand & Deliver. And yes, she did it the old-fashioned way—by absorbing a chokeslam from a woman named Legend, then F5-ing her soul out of her boots. Respect.

This high-stakes chaos was sparked by GM Ava’s official announcement: Stephanie Vaquer has handed over the North American Title with the kind of confidence usually reserved for Bond villains and overachieving valedictorians. With Vaquer focused on defending the NXT Women’s Championship, the now-vacant title will be decided in a ladder match featuring six women brave enough to risk vertebrae for glory.

Zaria vs. Lash Legend was our first qualifier, and it was less “wrestling match” and more “collision between tectonic plates.” With Sol Ruca and Jakara Jackson ringside, cheering like proud teammates and low-key hype girls, the powerhouse brawl nearly ended when Legend chokeslammed Zaria so hard the ring asked for hazard pay. But Zaria roared back, speared Legend out of her sneakers, and F5’d her clean into qualification. First one in. Certified threat.

Then came Roxanne Perez vs. Kelani Jordan, a bout with Triple Crown dreams on the line. Roxanne—already stacking tag and women’s title credentials—was aiming for history. Kelani? Just aiming to yeet gravity itself. After a slick DDT and a split-legged moonsault with more rotation than a SpaceX test rocket, Jordan claimed the W and the second golden ticket to the big match.

Now the ladder match has its first two warriors: Zaria and Kelani Jordan, with four spots left and enough tension to melt steel.

And remember: Stephanie Vaquer may have vacated one belt—but she handpicked her next opponent for the NXT Women’s Championship at Stand & Deliver. Title drama? We’ve got a six-pack of it. With ladders.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
